This. Was. AMAZING. Brought it to a large family dinner and everyone raved about it. Like someone mentioned, I also substituted red onions for added color/visual interest. Kept the avocado--it adds a wonderful creaminess. Also used Boch pears since they tend to be a bit crisper. The mix of textures and sweet v. tangy flavors creates one of the most flavorful salads of all time. MAKE THIS. You won't regret it.

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

Super easy and just as tasty! Like others, I baked instead of fried. Some of the best tzatziki sauce I've ever had! Served in a whole wheat pita with sauce, feta, lettuce, and tomatoes. Mmm!

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

This recipe is super easy and really tasty (not to mention fast). I always add a tablespoon or two of pizza seasoning to the crust, as it gives it an extra zip. This crust is equal to any of the double rise crusts I've tried and is ready in less than half the time!

Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce

I used 1 red pepper and 1 green, but other than that, followed the recipe exactly. My husband and I both loved this recipe. I actually liked it even more the next day. My husband commented that it tasted like gourmet nachos... perhaps you could use a thicker version of the sauce as a dip! :)

Campfire Banana Splits

I was really excited to make these on our camping trip, but I did not care for this recipe. I like all the ingredients, but I guess a hot banana just doesn't agree with my taste buds.
