Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2014
I have been using this recipe for years but with one exception. I dip the cube steak in flour and then into the egg mixture and into crushed cracker crumbs. Try it, I think you will like it. Pat Niece- Boise, Idaho

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2012
We didn't care for this at all. Too salty and it tasted like it had lots of cheese in it although there wasn't any.

Tartar Sauce I

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2012
I have been using this recipe for years. Except I use 2-3 Tbls sweet relish and a dash of dill. I have never bought tartar sauce out of a bottle. This was the way my Mother fixed it and I have done the same all these years

Marcia's Famous Sticky Buns

My recipe is exactly like this expect is calls for vanilla or butterscotch pudding (cook & serve not the instant) And I like it alot better. The directions are identical. I have been making these for years.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2011
I love pulled pork and so does my husband. I fix this recipe quite often. However, I use my own homemade bbq sauce. I am not wild about bottled bbq sauce and never buy it. But with the homemade sauce this recipe is delicious. I love the rootbeer twist and the acid in the rootbeer makes the pork very tender. Thanks for the recipe.

Lemon Sponge Pie I

Reviewed: May 15, 2011
I baked this pie yesterday. My family did not care for it at all. I baked it just like the instructions said. I did not change a thing. We thought it was too sweet and not enough lemon flavor. I will stick to my lemon meringue recipe.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2011
My family decided to try this recipe for our Easter dinner instead of the traditional Ham. It was fair but not great. My family liked my own recipe much better. My recipe is the original recipe of the Hawaiian Islands.

Uglies

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2011
I made these exactly per directions. I thought they were just okay. Nothing great. I also tried them again with homemade sloppy joe mix and they were much better. I also tried thick home made chili and they were good also.

Black Beans and Rice

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2004
I thought the recipe was very bland. Not much flavor. It might have more flavor if I had used chicken broth. My husband did not care for it either. I will not be making it again.
