Iced Pumpkin Cookies
What a fantastic fall recipe!
I made this yesterday and everyone *loved* it. I adjusted the spices, amped up the cinnamon, added clove, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, and cardamom to round out the flavor. Added 1/3 brown sugar, 2/3 white sugar. For the icing, I went light on the vanilla and instead added a hint of orange extract. I heated the glaze up in the microwave to drizzle it better, which let it harden up into the perfect consistency.
My house still smells like pumpkin spicey goodness!
