Absolutely wonderful! I made some additions. First, I used fresh Italian parsley, and added fresh baby dill (about 5 tbsp). I juiced 1/2 a lemon. I probably used about 1 cup of feta (I love feta!!!). I didn't add the oregano, it didn't seem to go with the dish to me. I made homemade pasta noodles. I also used small cherry tomatoes, halved. I did not add the salt, as I did not think it needed it, since feta is a salty cheese. Topped with fresh ground pepper! I served the pasta separate. This dish would be great alone, or with some Greek lemony rice. DELICIOUS!!!
