Spicy Crispy Beef

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2008
This is an wonderful tasty treat, and with a modification 5 star recipe. We double fried the beef 1 min. for the first fry time took it out of the oil let the meat cool and fried again until golden brown. I also did 2 batches of meat so it would not clump up. This was dish was so similar to our fav. resturant called City Lights in Dupont Circle/DC, I ate 2 servings at once! We will make this again for sure.

Flourless Chocolate Cake II

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2008
I made this and it was the hit of a baby shower, however I did triple it and bake it in muffin cups, lined with paper which I peeled away after the cakes were cool. Each muffin cup was filled 1/4 cup of the batter and baked for 30 min, it yeilded 27 cupcakes. I did ice them with ganache, yummy and easy!

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

Reviewed: May 24, 2007
yum! I have made this so many times, and love it, we even ate it for breakfast with braised bokchoy. This marinade is good on tofu also, just marinate and then press out water, then grill! Make it and you will love it.

yum! This makes a ton and we ate on it for days. I used pintos, and left out the green beans and added extra water for more soupy constistancy. Other than that, I followed the recipe.

English Royalty Chocolate Chip Scones

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2007
these were very good the only reason for the 4 star is the tinkering needed with the liquid. I added more oj to get the right consistancy, and 1/4 tsp of cinnamon, some orange zest, and 60% cacao chips. I will give these as gifts they are so good!

Very tasty but a tad greasy for my taste. Next time I will omit the bacon drippings and just sprinkle the top w/ bacon

I am not a salmon lover but this was a delight to eat! It makes you feel like you are dining gourmet, and is so quick to prepair. I did not tweak anything, it didnt need any help. I will fix this for family and company.
