My mom has been making these for years and they are a family favorite. For those who have trouble cutting them, try taking the sugar/corn syrup mixture off the stove as soon as it starts to bubble (don't wait for a rolling boil) and make sure you use full fat peanut butter, not the reduced fat stuff.

Quick, easy, and delicious! I made this for a potluck at work, and several people have already asked for the recipe. Even my picky boyfriend said that the more he eats it, the more he loves it.

Baked Ziti IV

This recipe is the best! Tastes just like it came from an Italian restaurant, and is just as good when reheated. The only change I made was to use ricotta cheese instead of the cottage cheese. YUM!!!!
