Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2007
I used this recipe with pork and it was great, but even better as a stir fry sauce with Chicken. Very delicious!

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2007
This recipe was very easy to make. I sauteed one zuchinni and about a cup and a half of baby portabella mushrooms before cooking the orzo. I didn't use any basil. Great recipe!

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2007
Excellent soup for a cold night. I substituted light cream for the heavy cream and used slightly less flour. Also, I used Near East Brand Wild Rice. Great recipe!

Moist and Simple - This is my new banana bread recipe. I baked the bread in a 9x13 pan for 25 minutes and added 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp nutmeg.

Soft Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2007
These cookies were really easy to make but came out too dry. I think it may have been the type of peanut butter I used (Teddies Unsalted Old Fashioned Peanut Butter)which dries up kinda quickly once the jar is opened. I would try this recipe again, but use skippy or something more creamy.

Baked Chicken Nuggets

Reviewed: May 20, 2007
Very flavorful and better than the fried version! I also made this recipe with eggplant and it turned out wonderfully. I recommend using a cooling wire rack on top of a baking sheet to toast both sides as recommended by another reviewer. This is a keeper!
