I made a German chocolate cake once, it was a two day process but was it worth it !!! Actually it was kinda dry .... but all german cakes are like that so what do you expect???

Chunky Cheesecake Brownies
REALLY GOOD !!! One day I was like I love cheesecake, I love brownies, There's a pack of cream cheese in the fridge, Why Not ??? They were awesome !!! My sister thought they would be better without the added chocolate chips, but it didn't mind to me !!!

MMMMM... Brownies
The first time I tried this recipe I had to cook it for 40 min. till the middle was cooked, and it came out kinda flat and VERY salty, and I could barely choke it down!!!( my chocolate loving brother didn't care though and ate 1/4 of it ) I was like what did I do wrong??? I went back to the recipe and I saw I added half of a TABLEspoon instead of half a teaspoon, I ended up throwing almost the whole thing away!!! ADVICE : MAKE SURE YOU PUT IN THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF SALT !!! I tried it again the next day adding the right amount of salt( actually a little less ) I also waited a couple minutes for the sugar/water/butter/chocolate mix to cool so the eggs wouldn't start to cook in the mixture. The brownies didn't come out flat,like before and only needed to be cooked for 25 min. After waiting around 15 min. for them to cool, I cut them and they were a little cakey, just a little. They WERE good, I just prefer a brownie that's more fudgey. But the rest of my famiglia LOVED them. It really just depends on what kind of brownie you like. So in conclusion: -Add the right amount of salt in (maybe a little less) -let the sugar/chocolate/water/butter mixture cool a little before putting the eggs in -let the brownies cool before cutting them And you will get a perfectly good moist cakeish brownie !!! *** update *** I think if you cook the brownies a little shorter, say 20 min., they will turn out more fudgy
