Chicken with 20 Cloves of Garlic

I love garlic but this was way to much. It still had a very raw garlic taste. Maybe next time I will cook the garlic cloves before hand.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

I followed the preparation exactly. The chicken was done in about 3 hrs acording to my thermometer . The taste was just ok and the skin was not crisp at all. I have made many more chickens that have turned out much better in flavor and had a nice crispy skin.

Authentic Cochinita Pibil (Spicy Mexican Pulled Pork)

I am a midwestern person, and I thought it was tasteless. I cooked mine in a large cast iron pot in the oven at 285 degrees for 8 hrs and it had no taste and believe it or not, it was dry. I am a very seasoned at home cook and really thought this was going to be great.
