Chocolate Covered Strawberries

I mixed 1/2 and 1/2 milk chocolate and semi sweet, 16 oz chocolate total and 2 T. shortening. Once dipped, I drizzled them with white chocolate. They came out fantastic!

Buttery Rolls

These rolls were the best ever! Take the advice and add the extra 1 tsp to 1 T milk, but otherwise these were amazing!

Danish Almond Puff

This was great! I wasn't sure because the recipe was pretty unique, but it was beautiful and so tasty! I recommend adding toasted sliced almonds on top.

Fruit Dip

I liked it, but it tasted kind of plain. I modified to 2/3 c. marshmallow creme, added a 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/3 c. brown sugar and then loved the flavor.

Soft Caramel Corn

I made this once and liked it, but it was a little too rich...so the next time I made it, I substituted in 1 1/4 cup of white sugar + 1 cup brown sugar and loved it!

Banana Banana Bread

This banana bread was great! It wasn't dry on the sides, and it wasn't gooey in the middle I've never had a better banana bread recipe. I used 4 large bananas.
