I have never made a hamburger steak this good! I needed to make it gluten free, so I substituted flaxseed for the breadcrumbs. Also, I didn't have any sherry, but I drizzled a little kitchen bouquet into the gravy for a little depth of flavor. My entire family loved this one-even the picky kids.
