Venison Italian Soup

Very good. I couldn't even taste the vension. I omited the zucchini and used Ditalini pasta. Some may like it to have a little bit more broth. I always cook my pasta separate and it rinse before adding it to any dish. This way the starch from the pasta will not thicken the soup broth/recipe.
