Rubbed and Grilled Pork Loin

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2013
OMG! This was delicious. The pork was so moist and flavorful. I didn't have any coriander but it still turned out excellent. We grilled this on our gas grill as per the instructions. This is definitely a keeper. No sauce needed!

Kentucky Wonder Beans

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2012
I was craving green beans and used this recipe. I added about a 1/2 tsp of onion powder to it. Very tasty! This recipe has been added to my recipe box.

Very moist chicken! We opted to skip the dipping sauce though. Would definitely make again.

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Reviewed: May 13, 2010
I'd cut back on the butter next time, but this was delicious. I took someone's suggestion and added mushrooms before I baked it. Yummy! I'll fix this recipe again!

Tommy's Ham Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2011
Delicious way to use up leftover ham. I had everything in my pantry and was able to put this together for a quick weeknight dinner. I added the French's Onion like another reviewer suggested. My husband loved it!

Whole Wheat Ginger Snaps

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2011
Easy to make, delicious to eat! I switched out the 1-1/2 cups of white sugar for 1 cup brown, 1/2 cup white, and then used turbinado sugar for decoration. I also used a full flavor rather than a mild molasses. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

Grilled Lemon Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2012
I didn't have any red bell pepper so I used a little crushed red pepper. That gave it an extra zing and we loved this recipe. I also marinated the chicken for 2 hours rather than 20 minutes. Definitely a keeper!

Potato Salmon Patties

I wasn't in the mood for a cold salad to use up leftover grilled salmon that I had. I found this recipe and decided to give it a try. Delish! Would definitely make again. We loved it!

BBQ Pork-Stuffed Corn Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2012
Skipped the paper liners and just sprayed the muffin tin. I didn't have Jiffy mix either but found an equivalent substitute from scratch from Chef John. This was a good and easy recipe to fix. I put this in my recipe box to fix again.

Oven Roasted Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2013
I used red potatoes and carrots and felt the end result was a little dry. I think I roasted them a bit too long. But definitely worth trying again. The overall flavor was very good.

Apres Ski French Toast

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2012
It was a tad on the orangy side for us, but still quite tasty. I think next time (because I will make it again) I will dial back the orange zest to 1 tsp. I used french bread slices, too. Otherwise this was delicious and enjoyable for breakfast.

Southwest Summer Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2012
Moist grilled chops, but too much of a taco taste for us. Not sure if we'd make again. They weren't bad, just not what we were expecting.

Tender Italian Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2012
The chicken was moist and tasty, but I just didn't care for the prep. I had a messy time getting the mayo/parm mixture on the breasts. I don't mind your typical egg/milk dips, but the mayo mix was too thick to easily coat the chicken before putting in the bread crumbs.
