These were very good. The yeild was very accurate. I added a tsp of rum extract. They came out crunchy rather than chewy even with different bake times. It might just be my oven though! They'll be great tea.

Strawnana Bread

I really liked this bread. I think the strawberries made it sweeter than the average banana bread which was great. We ate it alone and with coffee and both ways were great.

Turkey Mercedes

My first time making the turkey and everyone said it was good but I felt that none of the flavours came through in the meat. It sure smelled good while cooking though! I'm not much of a turkey fan anyway.

Greek Pasta Salad I

Absolutely yummy. I love pasta salad! I brought it to a cookout and found myself wishing no one would eat it so I could take it home for myself! I have made it twice in 2wks!

Streusel Coffee Cake

I didn't like it. It wasn't very sweet and the streusel wasn't a true streusel. I'd add some of the butter into the streusel so that it really sinks into the cake.

Lemon Square Bars

I had to make some substitutes for the baking powder and it ended up a bit too tart but otherwise I will keep this recipe. I ended up eating most of them!
