I loved this recipe! I'm so glad that I picked this one. I did a few things differently.
First, I didn't grill it, I baked it. I used sesame oil instead of vegetable oil. I also didn't marinate it because I just found the recipe tonight and I really wanted to make it. For baking, I preheated the oven to 375, I then put a little of the oil and the dry seasonings on the bottom of the pan. Then I placed the fish in the pan, and sprinkled some more of the dry seasonings on top. Then I made the sauce and poured it on top of the fish.
I also made rice as a side to this. The rice and the fish with the sauce was perfect. I will be making this again.
