Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks

I never review recipes on this site (I know, that's terrible, I do so rely on the reviews that are written), but this, I just pulled the tuna out of the pan and tasted a piece. For as simple as this recipe is, I've never tasted a piece of tuna this good. My kitchen did fill up with smoke a little because of the oil getting hot, but it is worth it! Now I have to keep myself from eating it before everyone else is ready for dinner!

Rubbed and Grilled Pork Loin

Had to do some minor substitutions using what was on hand, like leaving out coriander. Other than that, followed the recipe almost exactly. Cooking method was perfect. This was the juiciest and tastiest pork loin I've ever had, even reheating the leftovers, it still tasted like when it was first grilled. Delicious!

Simple Savory Pork Roast

I've made this pork roast many times, and it comes out juicy and delicious. The only thing that I had to change is the cook time. I always need to make it a little longer.

Amish Meatloaf

I've been making this recipe for a few years. My family loves it. I do have to cook it a little longer than it says, and I've left out the bacon. Also, I cut in half the recipe for the sauce on top. I can't imagine making a dry old boring meatloaf after making this one.

Totally Groovy Chocolate Fondue

I made this for my husband last year as a Valentine's Day surprise (after a delicious dinner which was made entirely from recipes on allrecipes.com), and it was a smash hit! We don't use alcohol in our house, so insead of cherry brandy, I used the juice from the jar of maraschino cherries that I bought as one of the things to dip in the fondue. It was great!
