Jalapeno Snacks
Yummy! Didn't have ranch seasoning so omitted the mayo and just put 1/4 cup of ranch dressing. Precooked bacon in skillet about halfway and blotted on paper towels. Baked on cookie cooling rack inside shallow lip pan. Did remove all veins and seeds with melon baller, but luckily didn't have time to soak in cold water and they were not too hot at all. Only took about 15 minutes precooking bacon. We will definitely be making these again. I think the ranch flavoring is what others I have tried have been missing.

Bread Machine Pizza Dough
Very yummy! I used a 13" by 18" rectangle pan and it was still very thick. I substituted 2 1/2 T. of vital wheat gluten for a an equal amount of the flour. Melted butter and added 1t. of water, 2t. of fresh dried basil, 2t. of fresh dried oregano and 1T. of moist minced garlic out of a jar. I warmed the beer, sugar and salt to 110 degrees, sprinkled the active dry yeast on top and let sit for five minutes. Put flour mixture, then butter mixture, then yeast mixture and selected the dough cycle. Oiled the pan rolled it out carefully with oiled rolling pin, let rise for 15 to 20 minutes on proof setting on my oven. Cooked crust for 10 minutes, added original Ragu for sauce, roasted fresh green chili, microwaved pepperoni on papertowels (to remove some of the grease) cooked topped pizza for about 8 minutes, then added a preshredded mexican cheese mixture and cooked for another 6 minutes. I don't drink and I couldn't taste the beer. Best pizza I have made or eaten!

Cheese Garlic Biscuits II
I really liked them. I added 1 tsp. of garlic powder, but will cut back to 1/2 tsp. next time. I upped the baking powder to 2 tsp since similar recipes call for 1 T. I froze the butter like others suggested and used a grater; then mixed it in with the dry ingredients with two knives like I was cutting spaghetti. I also upped the cheese to 1 1/2 cups and tried to barely mix the cheese and milk - it was still floury in a few places. I wouldn't say they rose, but didn't flatten like cookies either. They looked like the photo and those served at restaurants. I placed golf ball sized balls onto ungreased parchment paper and although they did not slide off they were easily removed with a spatula. Used preminced garlic in a jar for the butter topping and the rolls soaked it up nicely. I will definitely serve these rolls with fish or other seafood in the future.
