About this Cook
I love to cook!I've been cooking since I was five due to my mother having several illnesses and my father being passed away. My first thing I ever made was scrabbled eggs Florentine at age five. After I learned to read I began my journey into baking with Betty Crocker boxed cake mixes, then making Betty Crocker's cook book my holy grail.Starting a career at fifteen I worked at Tacobell for three years which gave me the chance to mix and match flavors, after three years I became a deli cook where I made pastas, salads, meats, and found the art of fine cheese. In addition to deli cook at eighteen I became a part time barista where I made coffee for friendly customers which also gave me the chance to experiment and understand aroma, scents and flavors. After leaving my cook position I became an in-home nurse for the elderly where I cooked fine meals in my spare time for them so they can have something to look forward to during their last days. I now am a stay at home mom working on a degree.

Easy Chicken Posole
This was the best! It is really hard to find things that my 5 year old likes and he loved being able to squeeze lime wedge over the posole covered tostada.
