Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
I made this recipe pretty much as-is except for adding a few shakes of red pepper to the breading. I thought this was delicious for now easy it is to make. As another reviewer mentioned, panko breadcrumbs are the way to go if you can swing it. I give it 4 stars though as I think the chicken could use a little flour prior to dipping/breading as some of the coating came away when plating. Thanks for sharing this!

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya
This recipe is a keeper for me. The smell was so good while cooking. Along with the shrimp, I added precooked brown rice (about 2 cups or so) and let that steep for the last 30 minutes. Rice may be just a preference, but the result was a complete meal that was so hearty and flavorful. My boyfriend and I ate straight to the bottom of our bowls. Thank you for posting this!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
This is a fabulous recipe. I was cooking for 4 people so I used one can of the whole tomatoes. Still turned out awesome while keeping the other proportions the same. Everyone cleaned their plates. Cooking the meatballs in the sauce is really what gave it the stellar flavor, and the meatballs just melted in your mouth. Some of the tweaks I made included adding a splash of red wine while putting in the meatballs/paste. I also second using only a little sugar (I just used a small handful). I also put more cheese in the meatballs (because cheese!). Thank you for this recipe!
