Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya
This recipe is a keeper for me. The smell was so good while cooking. Along with the shrimp, I added precooked brown rice (about 2 cups or so) and let that steep for the last 30 minutes. Rice may be just a preference, but the result was a complete meal that was so hearty and flavorful. My boyfriend and I ate straight to the bottom of our bowls. Thank you for posting this!
