BLT Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2010
Wasn't a huge fan... was missing something I couldn't put my finger on, may have been my choice in bacon or my choice in mayo.

Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2010
Awesome recipe! It is now the base for all future meatloaves. I stuck close to the recipe with a few minor changes: Italian Seasoned bread-crumbs, a hefty dash of Oregano, and mixed in a cup of cheddar cheese.

Luscious Chicken Pot Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2010
This was my first attempt ever at a Chicken pot pie, and I will say that this was the best base ever! Only changes made: -Used Mixed Vegetables which contained potatoes, carrots, peas, and beans. -Added 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture. -Diced the raw chicken and while browning it in olive oil, I dusted it with salt, pepper, and a bit of Garlic Powder. Absolutely amazing!

Zesty Tuna Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2010
Great recipe. My modifications: A 1/4 teaspoon of Old Bay season to give it a little zip, used dill pickle relish instead of sweet, and doubled the mayo, mustard, and pickles.

By far the best Potato Pancakes recipe I have found!! My only change was cut the salt in half and replace it with Onion Salt.

Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2009
Fantastic recipe! I was on the hunt for a crust-less quiche and found exactly what I wanted... Only changes I made was adding a diced up ham-steak and an extra egg. This will be my quiche base from here on out.

Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: May 7, 2009
Hands down one of the easiest Tikka Masala recipes with the best flavor. Sometimes for a twist I broil the chicken in it's marinade in the oven and add peas to the sauce!
