Simple Whole Wheat Bread
This was my first time making bread.
I accidentally put in five cups of whole wheat bread flour instead of the white bread flour. So instead of putting in more whole wheat flour where it asks for 3 1/2 cups, I used white all-purpose flour. I thought, oh well, another one bites the dust. I put it in the oven anyway.
And guess what? It turned out! I'm actually kind of surprised. My food never turns out right the first time--ask my husband. So, I am writing a review to say thank you Nita Crabb. It worked for me.
