Roquefort Pear Salad

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! Our family of 6 was so busy inhaling this salad that there was no conversation at the table until the salad bowl was empty! Recipe is PERFECT as written... I did substitute Spring mix (about 8 ounces) just for color. I will use this salad the next time I want to impress a dinner guest :) Thank you so much for sharing the recipe, Michelle

Apple Raisin French Toast Strata

Very good. Tasted better after it cooled longer (30-45 minutes). I drizzled about 1/2 c. real maple syrup over top of strata & that improved the flavor also. Tip: the cream cheese is much easier to cube if you partially freeze the block first.

Pasta e Olio

Great recipe... for picky toddlers. Just tasted like plain ol' buttered noodles...very disappointing after all the rave reviews. If you still want to make this, you'll need to add lots of salt & fresh ground pepper just to make it palatable.
