Chicken Enchiladas II
Yummy. This was so good. My kids (2 teens, 1 preteen) actually argued over who got the last 2 as leftovers the next day. I followed the recipe almost exactly. My only substitutions were cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom and 8" tortillas instead of 12". I served them with pintos & cheese, corn cakes and spanish rice. Everyone thought it was better than eating out.
