A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! I did cut back on the nutmeg, and I like to take mine out of the oven at around 13-14 minutes. I've made these several times now and receive rave reviews each time! Quick, easy, and yummy!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Definitely blue ribbon quality! I followed suggestions of others and used 1/2 applesauce and 1/2 oil instead of all oil. I also used 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup brown sugar as recommended. I've never had a bread turn out so beautifully! ..and very delicious too!
