Stuffed Shells IV

This recipe was wonderful. I did change it just a little. I used Ricotta Cheese rather than Cottage and used two jars of sauce. My family likes a lot of sauce on their pasta.

Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

This did not turn out as good as I thought it would. The chicken did not hold lemon flavor and the mushroom sauce was rather bland. I do not see myself making this again.

Oven Brown Rice

I wanted so much to like this, but when I pulled this out of the oven after one hour, it was not done yet. Also, it was very salty. Next time I make, I will cut down on the seasoning salt and bake longer.

KJ's Mushroom Chicken

Baked Ziti With Italian Sausage

Fudge Brownies I

I only had a 9x9 pan, so I just baked them a little longer than the time stated, since it meant they would be thicker. They were still chewy and good. My family said they were perfect. This is my new go to recipe for brownies.

Picnic Fried Chicken

Wow! This chicken turned out perfect. I have tried to make fried chicken before without any real success. This recipe was easy and everyone ate it up. I did change one thing though, I used buttermilk instead of the regular. I also added Paprika as someone else suggested. I will be making this again and again.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

These were very good. You can use this as a base recipe and add just about anything into the filling to change up the taste. Next time I think I will throw in some roasted garlic

Baby Back Ribs

This is the easiest way to prepare BB Ribs. My family really, really loved these. The best part for me was the easy clean up. Added comment: It had been some time since I made these, so when I saw that ribs were on sale, I immediately remembered this recipe. Forgot how good and easy these are to make. Family ate them up

Chicken Fiesta Salad

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms II

I used hot Italian sausage and did not even bother to brown prior to putting in mushroom cabs. This way the mushrooms are softer, the way that I like them. Added grated cheese on top and baked until done. Served at a party this weekend and everyone ate them up.

Outstanding Chicken Dinner

This was very good, I made it with a whole cut up chicken. The only changes that I made was to brown the chicken prior to adding the broth. I also cut back on the half and half, using more broth in its place. I did this in an attempt to cut back on some of the calories. The sauce was still creamy and good. Will make again.

French Pastry Pie Crust

I used this pie crust in a Lemon Meringue Pie and it was perfect. I did cut back on the salt as others suggested. Since the recipe makes enough for two crusts, I used one and froze the rest.

Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon

This was very good. I used vegetable oil instead of the peanut, since that is all that I had on hand, worked fine. I marinated the salmon for six hours and then baked covered with the marinade in oven as suggested by another reviewer. The flavor was perfect.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

My family loved this. I took other reviewers suggestions and used beef broth instead of water. I also thickened the gravy with a little cornstarch once roast was done. Next time I make this I will throw in some veggies to make into a one-pot meal.

Chicken With Mushrooms

I would give this five stars but like other reviewers I altered it slightly. I added a can of cream of mushroom soup, which made a nice gravy. I also sautéed the mushrooms with garlic prior to baking. My family enjoyed this. I will definitely make this again

Cheesy BBQ Chicken Breast Sandwich

I made this with one small alteration. I used PepperJack Cheese to top. Gave it an extra kick. One of the best chicken sandwhiches I have had in a long time.
