This recipe is great and super easy. I used a 3 lb cut of meat and a 32 oz jar of pepperoncini's. Used all of the juice and half of the peppers. Added a few garlic cloves to the slow cooker and put it on high when i left for work. 10 hours later I came home, drained all but 1/2 cup of the juice- added 2 cans of Beef Au jus, shredded the meat back into the slow cooker and cooked for another 30 minutes or so. It was awesome. Really flavorfull and so easy.
