Awesome Red Wine Pot Roast

Simply delish!! This now my go-to pot roast recipe. I've followed it exactly and i've also made it with slight variations (ie add beets, garlic). Thank you for sharing this with us!!!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2011
This recipes a keeper! I modified the recipe a teeny bit by using 1cup of brown sugar for the dough and orange juice instead of water. Next time i might add more cinnamon and ginger to make it spicier but thats just a preference.

Shish Tawook Marinated Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2011
Thank you for this fantastic recipe! I can definitely serve this to house guests. Only changes i made was to decrease the all-spice to 1tsp (as one reviewer suggested)and add 1/3 tsp of salt to the marinade. Dont skip out on the dipping sauce. It really does bring the dish to another level. Next time i'm going to try adding a bit of fresh mint to the dip.

Byrdhouse Mushroom Barley Pilaf

Delicious!! I've made this recipe twice and one time with beef broth instead. I mixed in chopped asparagus during the last 20mins of baking just for variety.

Yum! I made this twice in a week! The second time i diced the potatoes instead and and grated white cheddar on top after it was cooked through.
