This recipe is fantastic! I stuck pretty close to the original recipe, however after reading a few reviews, I did cut down on the sugar in the cream cheese mixture (to taste), since I like cheesecake a little less sweet. I used the pillsbury sheets (without seams) and it worked great. I also reduced the amount of sugar and butter on the top layer in half. I softened the butter and spread it across the top, then sprinkled the sugar and cinnamon on top of the butter. The best part is the honey, so don't skimp here! If the dessert seems too sweet, cut back the sugar in the rest of the recipe and keep the honey!!! Awesome recipe and can be served warm or chilled.
