Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
This recipe did not disappoint. Made only slight modifications to increase the beer (x2), garlic (x3), and bacon (x3). Cooked 2.5 hours and every time I taste the chili, the flavor is improved dramatically, from first-taste to later that evening to next day.
