i have made this many of times now! its one the family menu. great for these cold New England days. But i did make some tweaks. I use olive oil instead of butter to save on some calories. and i also use 1/4 texas pete buffalo and 1/4 of franks hot buffalo. and i like the crunchies so i dont soften the celery too much and add some extra! plain grilled chicken goes great and saves some calories also! if im in a rush the Purdue grilled chicken already cut is perfect i just dice the strips up a little more and walah! fast meal!!!
