Different Chicken Divan
Was it just me that ended up with a greasy mess? Maybe it was the mayo I used...hmmmm...well I loved the curry and I loved the flavor of everything. Next time (and I will try this again, the flavor was too good) I'll reduce the fried onions and the mayo since they made everything so increadibly greasy and rich. However, I have to say that my boyfriend RAVED about this dish. So I guess if you love curry like we do and it you are able to look past the fat/grease content you will love it!

White Chili II
This was great, boyfriend and I both loved this, it's a nice variation from the typical heavy beef chili (which I'm not a huge fan of). I like the green onions used insted of the regular. The different peppers are beautiful in the chili and the jalepenos are a MUST! They add such a great punch! Oh, and if you dig curry, add a SMIDGE of great real yellow curry powder to this, you'll LOVE it.

Pfeffernusse Cookies
I LOVE this recipe. I make it every year. It is tedious and a pain but it makes TONS and the flavor is so amazing that it's worth it. Add more spices! I've read people commenting on adding more pepper, definitely do that! can't hurt to add more, right? More ginger too. A tip: Roll the dough out about 3/4" thick and cut it with a knife into 3/4" strips, then do it the other way to make squares. Take those squares and roll them into balls. To me this takes less time then rolling them all out by hand. I don't even bother with the powdered sugar at the end, but I may try it this year....great recipe! Lots of work but worth it!
