Ground Beef Stroganoff

Great basic recipe! I added fresh mushrooms and used vegetable stock because that is what I had on hand. We put in over mashed potatoes. My seven old year loved it, but he loves anything that is like biscuit and gravy. We will be making this recipe again.

Runza (meat pies)

Great Runzas! I followed the recipe, but add Worcestershire sauce (to taste) to the meat mixture. And I used three bags of shredded cabbage. I also added shredded cheese to some of the runzas and blue cheese to a few for my husband that loves blue cheese.

We've made this recipe several times. I have omitted the onion flakes, but add fresh grated onion. I'm not much of a raw onion fan so this adds the flavor that is needed for us.

Mini Meatloaves

We love these mini-meatloaves! I make them at least twice a month! I've even used ground turkey instead of hamburger, but add some steak seasonings (to taste) and dash of liquid smoke to the ground turkey.

It's Chili by George!!

The first time I made this chili I followed it to a 'T' using the crock pot and loved the smokey taste. And now the second time I forgot the green peppers, onion and ground cumin, because I was in a hurry this morning and didn't print out the recipe. It was a big mistake! I've now printed the recipe and I will follow it! Enjoy!

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

These are the first sugar cookies I have made and they were wonderful. My husband said they tasted like his grandma's cookies! My kids had a great time using the cookie cutters to cut out their cookies for Santa!

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Chicken Enchilada Dip

This is a go to dip if we are invited over to someone's house at the last minute. Easy to make and great to eat. I do use a large can of chicken. Just easier for me.

Marinade for Steak I
