Baked Kale Chips
These Kale Chips were just as good as the majority of the other reviews suggest; my husband was very doubtful, but after trying them, he is a believer! Even my four year old liked them.
When baking them the first time, you might be like me and UNDER cook them for fear of burning them... then they don't taste as good (they just taste like heated kale, lol). You definitely want them crispy, so I suggest just checking them every few minutes the first time.
Also, I found it helpful to put the washed, cut pieces in a bowl and toss them with the olive oil to ensure even coating.
