Amusement Park Cornbread revised

My husband is raving about this recipe. I balanced the flour and cornmeal, but I put it into a 9" square pan and lowered the temp to 375 for 30 minutes. With a toothpick coming out clean it was done! Delicious.

This is a great recipe, I used sprouted wheat and truvia instead of molasses and honey. Came out delicious. I will be making this again and again.

Westrup Whole Wheat Bread

This recipe came out great, I subed 10 grain flour for whole wheat and added some nuts and sunflower seeds. I let it rise twice and it came out really great. I'm putting this one in my box!

Honey Multigrain Bread

I just finished mixing up this dough. I took the suggestions of one of the reviews when she said to fluff your flour with a whisk before measuring. In this way I was able to use 7.5 cups, but I didn't have rye flour so I added some cooked oatmeal. It has worked up great and I'm letting it rise for the first time.

Peanut Butter Cookies with Truvia® Baking Blend

These are great cookies, very sweet. Be sure to sift flour, I didn't and had too much. If you don't be sure to use 1/4 cup less.
