Creamy Swiss Chicken

This was good, a change from just chicken. I also used a little less wine as others have mentioned. Made with rice that I used chicken broth rather than just water, I enjoy the flavor a little more that way.

Margaritas

These are good but I do add a tablespoon of sugar sometimes 2. At least after a few drinks the next batch won't get stronger like they did in the past when I made Margaritas.

Bloody Mary Chicken

Pasties II

I have had these for years, my Dad was from Northern Minnesota. We don't put the carrots in. Put a couple of slabs of butter on top of the filling before putting the pie dough over and cut a couple of slits in the pie dough also. You can also make these for breakfast with cooked sausage scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese WOW are they good.

Brown Sugar Smokies

I have made these for 2 years now and they are great. To make them the best you need to cook them on the grill or smoker outside, the wood smoke makes a difference.

Egg and Sausage Casserole

I have made this for years, my family demands it for Christmas breakfast. I have always used biscuits. I use eight eggs beaten with seasoning salt, pour that on the biscuits then the sausage and last just chedder cheese and we like a lot of cheese. It is best to make it the night before so the eggs soak into the biscuits. Bake for 45 min at 350. My kids like to put ranch dressing on it after we put it on their plates and I have found out it is great like that.

Pasta Carbonara

Very good and easy. The whole family loved it. I did put some cut up chicken tenders in when I cooked the bacon. Also I cooked the bacon, chicken and garlic all together because I forgot and put them all in together.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Fantastic!!! I was worried about all the gralic but it was perfect. The best pork tenderloin I have ever fixed. Don't think twice just make this and you will love it.
