Oh Em Gee!!! A coworker just brought this to our Christmas party. It was so delightful. I dont even like coconut and I loved this cake. I dont care if its sad cause it sure made me happy. I printed the recipe and will be making it myself soon! So moist and not overly rich!

Baked Kale Chips

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2012
So quick. So easy. I used sea salt instead of season salt. Took them to a diner party with children, and they ate them up. Who knew Kale could be this good? This will be my new go to snack...

Slow Cooker Sausage with Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2009
Made this recipe the other day. I thought I had Italian Sausage but did not so I used Brats instead...Left out the peppers because we dont like them but added artichokes, fresh bannana peppers and mushrooms...I did brown the brats first...Threw everything in teh crock pot and left it. IT WAS GREAT. The meat was sooo tender by the end of the day and the brats absorbed the flavor of everything around them...We threw it over some whole wheat pasta. It was delightful. Will make again next time with Italian Sausage!

Chocolate Wave Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2009
I made SIX loaves of this. I made the recipe AS is with only two slight changes...I added about a half cup more of zucchinni because I didnt want to waste it and I addes some brown sugar. This recipe is fabulous! It "Waved" perfectly. I gave away loaves to family and friends and ALL of them said they loved it and asked for more!! I froze some as well and used it a few weeks later and it was just as good...I am making another batch this weekend. DELIGHTFUL recipe...You would be hard pressed to even know there was a vegetable in this bread!

Sour Cream Cookies II

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2006
My family has been making these for Christmas for over 40 years. They are always a crowd pleaser, and even the naysayers who dont like sour cream love them. They freeze well too. We have never iced ours though, will have to try that and we have never added nuts or raisins. I am not sure why, as it sounds delightful, but almost always add a bit of extra sugar and vanilla, as I like mine sweeter. The lumpy shape is a nice contrast to the typical "Cut out" cookie...

Luscious Spinach Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2006
I have been making this recipe for years, withought changing a thing, really. It is always a hit at parties. I do use the flavored artichokes that are marinated in italian dressing, and that seems to give it extra oomph...Great baked in a dish, or transfered to small crock pot...

Watergate Cake IV

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2006
This is a great cake. First had it years ago and loved it. It is so moist! Most people I make it for think they are going to hate it, because of the pistachio, but they end up loving it! ALWAYS a hit at cookouts!

Italian Style Meatloaf I

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2004
I made this last night and was VERY impressed. It was so different from a typical meat loaft. I am doing weight watchers, so I adjusted the ingredients to suit my needs. I used extra lean ground beef, egg beaters, and fat free cheese, and it was still tasty. Ended up only being 4.25 points per serving for any of you who are following the WW plan. I would probably add just a little more ketchup the next time, but other than that, VERY TASTY.
