Pesto Pasta with Chicken

Super easy and good recipe. I threw in a couple of handfuls of fresh spinach (for 4 servings)in the last few minutes of cooking the chicken. Once the spinach was wilted, it really added a beautiful color to the dish - wish I had taken a picture!

Coconut Bread Pudding

This is a good recipe, but for all of the expense, it is not as good as the Bread Pudding II recipe.

Chicken Noodle Soup

The butter really adds body and flavor to this wonderful soup. I added a teaspoon of garlic to the butter and onion and doubled the amount of onion. My husband never cared for my homemade chicken soup before, but he LOVED this!
