Tasty Tuna Burgers

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2004
I thought these were great! I left out the green peppers and chili sauce because I have small children, so I didn't want it to be too spicy - and used dried minced onion and celery seed to save time. I also increased the bread crumbs to 3/4 cup so the burgers would hold together better. My kids and I loved them!! We are having this for dinner again tonight to try out on my husband! Thanks for a different spin on tuna!

New England Crab Cakes

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2010
I had left over crab from a family crab pickin' and made these last night. This was the first time I have ever made crab cakes at home and they were FABULOUS! I followed the recipe exactly and couldn't have had better at a restaurant. I served them with a dip on the side made with plain yogurt, lemon juice, horseradish, dill, and a little salt. Yum!

Great recipe! I didn't have any cider vinegar, so I used balsamic vinegar instead. Our whole family liked it - thanks so much.

Pleasant Pork Chops

This was really great for some pork chops I had that were a little thicker than I normally get. They came out so tender! Everyone loved them. Thanks!

Florentine Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2005
This is such a great dip! I've made it several times and it the bowl is always scraped clean! I did notice a big difference between using freshly shredded parmesan cheese versus the pre-grated kind. It's so much richer when fresh ingredients are used.

Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2007
This is a great recipe. I don't use the broth, though. Also, I sprinkle parmesan cheese on them when they are done. My kids and I fight over the last of them.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2010
We really liked this recipe. I used thyme the first time I made it because I was out of rosemary. We had it again the next week with rosemary. Either way, they were a hit!! Thanks for sharing.
