This is just what I was looking for! I am so happy I found this delicious recipe! Look no further! They have a great flavor and come out soft and chewy! The only thing I did different is I used butter instead of margarine. The ginger does give it quite a kick! I asked my husband if I should use a tad less when I make them again and he said "No!" because "I love, love, love them"! I did not have any problems forming them into balls or them falling flat and hard. Watch the video. Refrigerate the dough for 30-45 minutes. Flour your hands each ball you make. Roll it the size of a walnut and press it slightly with the bottom of the cup. In ten minutes later mine came out perfect. I have a new addiction!
