Taco Seasoning I

The only tweaks I made to the recipe was that I substituted cayenne pepper for the paprika, since I didn't have any paprika on hand and I also used regular table salt. I added the whole thing to about a pound of browned and drained lean ground beef with about a half cup of water, brought to a boil and then let simmer for five minutes. Very tasty. Spicy, but not super spicy. Probably a touch hotter than the "hot" seasoning mixes I've tried from the store. I've made recipes that utilize beef broth, stock, etc and they are tasty, but I wouldn't say better,just different. I like a drier taco, the beef stock recipes generally make a juicer sort of meat.
