I loved this recipe however, I did change it a bit. I added about 1 cup extra of strawberries with about 3 tablespoons of strawberry yogurt and did a puree. Then I cut back on some oil (about 3/4 of a cup) since there was extra "wet" in the batter. I also cut back on the sugar (to about 1 cup) since there was a lot of sugar in the yogurt. I did add about 1 tsp. of vanilla as well. Over all it took about 1 hour to cook since the bread was more dense. I also added a powder sugar glaze on the top so it was more of a dessert bread. It looks delicious!
