I have been making this recipe for awhile and am just getting around to reviewing it. First let me say, the recipe is delicious as written! The only thing that I have changed the last few times I have made it, is that I sprinkle the shrimp with Italian bread crumbs (maybe 1/4 cup) and some grated parmesan cheese before I pour the melted butter mixure on top. I always used cooked shrimp and still bake for about 12 minutes. I serve over white rice. Making this again tonight, can't wait! I have also made for company and always get compliments and recipe requests.
