Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2011
This has become one of my fav recipes. After reading all the reviews I have taken the advice of some. I used the beef stew seasoning pack once and it was awesome! The next time I didn't have in on hand so I put is about 1/4 cup red wine, also awesome! Beside that I followed the recipe directions.

Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2011
Wonderful soup but I did have to add some salt and garlic along with the nutmeg others suggested since it was too bland without it. But with that small change it is a keeper! Loved it. I will make this often.

Award Winning Peaches and Cream Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2011
I made this luscious pie tonight but had to use my 9 1/2 inch pie pan since I didn't have a 10 ". I used fresh frozen peaches without any juice, so I pureed a few with a little water to put in the cream cheese mixture. It turned out wonderful. It did run over the dish some but not much. This is a keeper recipe! My guest loved it.

Sweet and Oh So Spicy Kielbasa

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2009
I made this for a Christmas get-together and it was gone in no time, with request for the recipe. After browning the sausage I did transfer it to a slow cooker on low a few hours before the party, I think it helped all the flavors blend well. It wasn't hot enough for me with just the 2 dashes of hot sauce so I added about 6-8 dashes and it was awesome. This recipe is a keeper for the perfect appetizer for parties.
