Cream Cheese Frosting II
This recipe is the foundation for the best cream cheese frosting ever. I give it five stars because this recipe helped me make an awesome carrot cake even better. I followed the recipe closely except I added an extra tsp of vanilla extract (I couldn't taste one tsp in the mixture), and only used 1.5 cups of confectioner's sugar. It may be the extra vanilla that caused me to use less but I thought it was sweet enough by then. I even had a little leftover. Call me a pig, but it was tasty enough to eat off a spoon alone!

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake
I followed this recipe with only a few minor changes: I didn't have the pan it called for, only a 13x9 which I followed the advice of other reviewers and baked the cake for 45 minutes. I also subbed the oil for 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce and 1/4 cup oil. I couldn't find crushed pineapple so I blended some pineapple tidbits until it looked like crushed pineapple. I omitted raisins because I didn't like them. I am rating this five stars because it was the first cake I baked from scratch and it was the best carrot cake I ever tasted in my life. I made it for Valentine's Day and my boyfriend loved it! I will definitely keep this recipe forever. It was moist and delicious. Made with Cream Cheese Frosting II!

Garlic Chicken Stir Fry
I followed recipe completely except I added mushrooms. I liked it for its vegetable and chicken count, but the sauce was not very flavorful. I think I will keep this recipe on hand though, and add the sauce for the Spicy Sweet Sticky Chicken on this site instead. That said, thank you for uploading.
