Baby Spinach Omelet

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2010
So yummy! Even my 2 & 5 year olds liked it, which is quite a feat. I made this almost exactly according to the recipe, just added in some roma tomato. This is one of those great recipes that you can customize and play around with and make your own. The nutmeg added a really nice flavor, I really suggest at least trying it once before foregoing it.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

These were absolutely fabulous! My whole family loved them, even my somewhat picky 5 and 2 year old. The onions and peppers come out really sweet, and the chicken is really flavorful and juicy. Perfect!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2009
Yummy! I followed this recipe exactly and it came out great. Very simple, and ingredients that most people would have on hand. It makes quite a bit, so I will make a half batch in the future. My family gave it rave reviews.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2008
Delicious! I was very worried about trying this recipe, just due to the fact that all that I've ever made, or had at my family's house, has been the box stuff. I have to say this recipe is VERY simple to follow, and the results are marvelous! I though it had such a wonderful flavor and got rave reviews from all of my dinner guests. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. We'll have this every year from now on.

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2008
AWESOME! I am so happy I found this recipe. I received my bread maker for Xmas two years ago. I made a couple loafs with the recipe provided by the manufacturer. Both were dense and just not at all pleasant. I put it away and kind of forgot about it. Well, with the bread prices for store bought bread going up and up, I decided it was time to break out the ole' bread machine out and give it another go with a different recipe. This recipe is awesome! I can't believe how light and fluffy this bread came out. Absolutely delicious. I was kind of nervous, but it seems this recipe is fool proof. This is the only bread my family eats now. The only tip I have is make sure you use warm water, not hot. Hot water can actually kill the yeast. I didn't know that and used hot water the first time I made this. It still came out good, but it's much better with warm water.

Cinnamon Swirl Bread

I made this recipe exactly as it appears and it is super yummy and super easy. I love that these are ingredients that I always have on hand, so no special shopping trips. My husband loves cinnamon and sugar, so this is perfect for him. Kids loved it, too.

Barbecued Round Steak

Reviewed: May 25, 2008
This recipes is super simple and very yummy! The meat comes out super tender. It has a great flavor that is really different from anything I've tasted. Great way to make a yummy dinner with very inexpensive and very low fat beef. For anyone who doesn't have tomato juice on hand, I googled it and you can use equal parts tomato paste and water as a substitute.

California Chicken Stir Fry

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2007
I made this for dinner and my family loved it! It's got a great flavor and is really quite simple. I used a different mix of veggies, as that was what I had on hand. I think you can't really go wrong. We loved the pineapple and thought it added a great little bit of sweetness. Very easy, quick, and tasty. Thanks!

Angel Hair Pasta Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2007
I made this for my family last night and they loved it. Following the advice of some previous reviewers I seasoned my chicken with cajun spice before cooking to give it a little more flavor. It must have done the trick because my husband rave about it. Nice and light and very tasty.

Krissy's Easy Chocolate Triple Layer Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2007
This recipe is easy and super yummy! I love finding a good basic recipe like this one that you can expand on and add your own personal touches to. I followed a previous posters suggestion and added Oreos to the pudding and topped with crushed Oreos and Oreo halfs. My whole family raved and thought I had spent a lot more time on than I had. Will definitely make this many times to come.

Apple Spice Dump Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2007
I made this for my husband's birthday and he absolutely loved it! We took it over to his family's house to share and everyone there loved it too! It's true that it is more of a cobbler than a cake, but then so are all dump cakes. Absolutely wonderful served warm with vanilla ice cream. Thanks so much for the great recipe!

Blackened Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2006
This recipe was so, so easy and good! I had wanted to find a good blackened chicken recipe forever, and this is it! Seriously, so yummy. It does smoke a bit, but as long as you know to turn on your fan ahead of time it doesn't get too bad. Also, this is a bit spicy, so keep that in mind. After searing both sides in the frying pan I broiled them to make the cooking go faster. They came out juicy and deliscious. I served the breasts chopped over a ceasar salad. I will definitely make this many more times!

Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2005
My husband and I found this too heavy and a bit bland for our taste. Not bad, but not our style. We wouldn't make again, and this was with following previous suggestions to use one can cream of chicken and one can cheddar cheese.

This pie is so easy and tasty! I followed the advice of previous reviewers and used half white sugar half brown. I also added 1/4 cup flour to apple mixture before putting it in the pie. I baked it at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes. I loved it and my husband loved it! Great for a first timer, very simple.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2004
These are so yummy, and easy to make! My husband and I loved them. Just be careful when melting the chocolate chips in the microwave; you don't want to cook them too long or they get kind of solid again untill they start to cool down. It only took me 1 minute in my microwave. Also, they are very messy to eat! The chocolate melts on your hands, but they taste so good that they are worth it!

Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Blondies

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2004
This recipe is yummy and simple to make, but a little rich for my husband and me. As previous poster mentioned, I made mine in a glass 9x13 and baked for about 30 minutes, and also you really want to let this cool completely before trying to cut it.

Barbeque Chicken

This was so good! I made this last night with boneless skinless chicken breasts, and it was so delicious, and also very easy. I had never tried making my own BBQ sauce before, but this is so simple I will use this recipe from now on. Also, the chicken was so tender it fell apart. Wonderful!
