So simple and yummy! The only complaint I have could be a direct result of my impatience. I cooked 'em up, popped them in the fridge until they cooled, and tested them on my fiancé. I found that even though the dark chocolate kisses had cooled, they were still mushy. I'd love to put these in tins or jars to give as gifts, but I don't see how that's possible if the chocolate stays soft. Does the chocolate harden if left in the fridge (or freezer) overnight? **UPDATE!** New year, new discoveries! I pile everything together before putting them in the oven, then as other suggested I push the whole thing down with a spoon. And I actually prefer making these with Rolo chocolates and pecans and if you freeze them, you can pack them in a tin easily. The set really well. Just don't forget to defrost!
