Becky's Chicken Salad
Great summer salad! You can add different fruit in as well, depending on what you have a taste for. I love the fact that if I forget to thaw something for dinner, I can always throw this together after work because we normally have all of the ingredients on hand.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I cannot say enough about these cookies. I searched for years for the "perfect" chocolate chip cookie, then FINALLY stumbled on this one in 2006. I have used only this recipe ever since. Even if I see another cookie that looks good, I won't bother trying it because this is a WINNER! The base for this is amazing. Don't be afraid to try it with different chips, nuts, and pudding too! You won't be disappointed.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
This is one of our all time FAVORITES! I have had this recipe for several years and we never get tired of it. I did recently try it with fresh parmesan instead of the grated shelf variety and I have to say we prefer the shelf parmesan. So if that's all you have on hand, go for it!
