basically doubled the recipe,but some things are different: 3cups oldfashioned oats, 2c w/w flour,2cup b.sugar,4t cinn,1cup apple juice and 1/2 cup of sugar with 1.5 Tablespoons of cornstarch,2t vanila,1 pear and tossed the apples/pear in cinnamon. baked in 9by13 glass dish for about 35-40 min. Mixed the ingredients with my hands, i find less messy that way.used about 5 cups of prepared fruit.
