Oven Pancakes

This recipe is fabulous. It reminds me a great deal of bread pudding. The first time I put a little syrup on it then the second I ate it with a little milk over it. I will make this over again many times. This is a winner in my book.

Addicting Chip Dip

This is fantastic. First time I folled the recipe exactly and loved it. The second time I made it I used Fat Free Greek Yogurt minus the mild and I still love it. It is on my list to make again and again when I need a dip for chips or veggies. Very tasty!!

Artichoke Bread

This is a super recipe. Every time I make it is never enough. It is always one of the first appetizer gone, and it is just wonderful. I was surprised when someone said there was no zing. The Parmesan should provide that zing. It is best served warm. That is not a problem since is disappears so fast. I have made it many times, and I have tried adding chicken, shrimp and many other things and it is still wonderful. My favorite is the original recipe. Yummy!

Amazing Muffin Cups

These were good. I made them exactly as the recipe said. I will make them again but I will make some changes. For my liking they need more seasoning. I did have problems getting them out of the greased non stick tins. Once they were a bit cooler they came out easier. Since we want to eat them hot I may make some alterations to assure they come out when they are still hot. I am going to try the tater tots instead of the hash browns.

Scrambled Eggs Done Right

Fantastic!!! After reading several comments both positive and negative, I decide to make these scrambled eggs. I followed the measurements in the recipe to the "T". The one thing I did which I think made these perfect was I used my bullet to mix the ingredients thoroughly. There were no bits of mayo left using this method. They cooked up perfectly, and I do not like my eggs wet. I could find nothing wrong with these eggs at all. I will be making these again and again. They were a really big hit.

Simple Tiramisu

I made it EXACTLY as the recipe directed and it was super good. Not exactly like the Tiramisu from an Italian restaurant, but I didn't expect it to be. Will be making this again for sure. Great dessert.

Simple Whole Wheat Bread

I am a bread maker, but I am not as thrilled with this recipe as others are. It was a disappointment for sure. I like to give recipes a second chance, so I will try it again. However, something is just not right with this recipe.

Pork Chops to Live For

This is a terrific recipe. I have made it twice, and the first time I followed the directions exactly. It was great. The second time I had only cream of celery soup, so I used it. The chops came out even better. We are not usually fans of recipes with cream soups, therefore, a five star rating from this household is something special.

David's Yellow Cake

This recipe is great. Very good yellow cake made from scratch. You must follow this recipe exactly. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Do not under beat the butter and sugar. Do not over mix wet and dry ingredients and DO NOT OVER BAKE. Some of the negative comments show that the negative result came from mistakes in the above areas.
