Maple Salmon

I found this recipe about a year ago and I have been making it at least once a month if not twice, ever since! Even if you don't like salmon (I never did) you will like this! Thank you STARFLOWER for this!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

I followed the recipe exactly and we loved it. I would suggest doubling the sauce mixture though. I ran out before I wanted to.

Honey Chicken Stir-Fry

I have made this recipe several times in the past changing this and that trying to make it mine...and my family loved it. But last night I followed the directions exactly and it was even better! We love this stuff!!!

Chicken A La Orange

I used whole chicken breasts and just cooked them a little longer in the oil before adding the rest of the ingrediants. I also added garlic powder and onion powder to the chicken before cooking it. It was not bland like the other reviewers say. This was VERY YUMMY and we will be having it on a regular basis. I serves it with Rice Pilaf & mixed vegis.

Pepper Steak Stir-Fry

I doubled everything except the ginger, which i tripled because my family loves ginger. I also added 3 small yellow squash thinly sliced. This was great!!! Served over Hot Jasmine rice. Yummy! This is being added to our family's recipe box!

Asian Beef with Snow Peas

All I can say is WOW! I added a little more ginger, and also threw a bag of stir-fry vegis in with it when i added the snow peas... Served it over Jasmine rice... AND WOW!!! My husband wants to add this to the weekly menu!!! I also used a bottom round roast instead of round steak...

Perfect Baked Jerk Chicken

I had to feed 12 people so I quadrupled (4X) the recipe and instead of using a whole chicken I used boneless skinless breasts, cut into thick strips and put on skewers on the grill. (Just like the jerk chicken we had in Jamaica) It was good but next time I make it I am reducing the salt to teaspoons instead of tablespoons. It was way too salty! Otherwise it was very good.
